If you are not requesting a refund, but having questions on your credit card payment, please do not submit this refund request. Please call Acteva customer service at (877) 855-8646.

Before requesting a refund please make sure you are familiar with the refund policy associated with the event you registered for. Different events have different refund policies and Acteva is not able to generate a refund without approval from the event organizer for the event you attended.
